Larry E. Dobbs, Inc. was established in 1991 by Larry Dobbs who recognizes the need for a full service appraisal office to serve the growing demands of our expanding community. Our staff has over 60 years of local and national real estate appraisal experience.

Appraisals have been completed on both a local and national basis involving residential, income producing, and special purpose properties. The majority of these appraisals has involved classic valuation models and special purpose strategies such as foreclosure analysis and completion feasibility, among others.
